We ask why a development matters to the freight network, who is affected, how its consequences propagate and what decision-makers should do or watch next. If we cannot add meaningful intelligence beyond the headline, we do not publish it.

Founder and Executive Editor
Freight Intel Report was founded by Eric Bratton, an operations and business-development executive with more than three decades of leadership experience across logistics, transportation, retail, client services and operational strategy. His work focuses on turning complex market developments into decisions businesses can act on.
Eric also serves as Executive Vice President of Business Development & Operations for Meridian Waypoint Logistics and leads Paratum Consulting. These roles are disclosed as part of FIR’s commitment to transparency and editorial independence.
